Why Couples Need A Pre-Wedding Photo Shoot

Marriage may be the start of the lives of the bride and groom together, but their wedding day is the finale of a huge preparation. It's because every engaged couple knows that a wedding, no matter how simply or magnificently celebrated, is the product of a thorough planning. This planning stage includes pre-wedding photo session, in which the bride and the groom pose before the camera together weeks or even months prior to the wedding.

Some may think that it is only a fad, but pre-wedding photography has been around for a long time. Even our parents and grandparents had a prenuptial photo shoot. However, it is only during the recent years that it has increased in popularity. A growing number of engaged Singapore couples choose to pose together for the camera ahead of their wedding day nowadays, possibly because they've seen the prudence of doing so.

Prenuptial shoots are like the getting to know phase of the couple and the photographer. It's the ideal opportunity for the couple to lose their awkwardness before the camera. They will be able to get to find out the person who will take the photographs on their wedding day, and the photographer will understand exactly what the couple wants.

Because these photo shoots enable them to work in a stress-free environment, the couple and the photographer will become comfortable with one another and take natural-looking pictures. The couple would understand how the photographer works, and the latter would be familiar with what they want. This will lead to an easier working relationship during the wedding day.

Also, it is fun to take prenuptial photos because they usually have playful themes according to the vision of the photographer and the suggestion of the clients. They may even include storylines and costumes. These photo shoots allow couples to have fun, be flirty, and get creative in front of the camera. The pictures would most likely shoot fun shots if they are having fun in the photo shoot.

Singapore prenuptial shoots are not the same with Singapore bridal wedding photos, though. The latter concentrates on the bride and is usually shot on the wedding day itself, while pre-wedding shoots include both the bride and the groom and are captured before the big day. Clients don't have to worry about spending extra for a separate photo shoot charge because most Singapore photographers already include pre-wedding pictures in their wedding photography packages.
