Christian Ziegler: Master of Photography

In the world of photojournalism, Christian Ziegler was able to earn the respect of both beginners and experts in the industry. When it comes to natural history and science-related topics, his works had always been remarkable. He never failed to amaze everyone with his photos. His works are always being seen on the pages of National Geographic Magazine. You can see his names on photos getting published on respected magazines like GEO, Smithsonian and BBC Wildlife. Passionate with biological diversity, he trained himself as tropical ecologist. He explored the tropical rainforests on four continents. He had been connected as Communications Associate for ten years for the Smithsonian Tropical Research Institute (STRI) in Panama.

Christian photographed "A Magic Web", a coffee table book on tropical ecology on assignment for STRI and just published "Deceptive beauties" a book about wild orchids. He is a founding fellow of the International League of Conservation Photographers (iLCP.com), for which he volunteers assignments every year.

Christians work has been awarded prizes in the Wildlife Photographer of the Year and the European Wildlife Photographer of the Year competitions, and in 2008, he has was honoured with the Vision Award by the North American Nature Photography Association.

He lives and breathes through wildlife photography. The fire and his love to wildlife photography are imminent in his photos. He is in love with biology. He gets connection and ensures to show the viewers the beauty of nature. He lives on the edge of a rain forest National Park in Central Panama. For now, the name Christian Ziegler is always visible in the pages of several magazine articles. He had submitted work on several projects. He is also connected with biodiversity museum.

Who will not remember and recognize Christian Ziegler in photojournalism? His name is tantamount to wildlife photography.
