Beginners Photography Class

By Selma Fernandez

The layman's perspective: there is nothing to muse and learn over photography workshops and seminars. The common knowledge is the digital technology, camera and a common photographer will complete the package in capturing that usual photo. But is that what a photography workshop means? Is this the only meaning of a photography class? Given the access we have in the world wide web, does that means there is no more room to attend workshops in the traditional setting? Is this now the trend of photography? Is there no meaning in attending photography seminars?

Tino Soriano privileged the workshop hall as he stated, "the camera was flown to the various locations but the film can't be flown-the chemicals in it react at high altitude." Photography is not a common set of studio lighting equipment, Polaroid camera, and stocks of Polapan film. Tino Soriano, being one of the National Geographic photographers, graced the workshop hall as he provided valuable insights in photography. His works are remarkable in the fields of clinical and cultural photography. A photographer can explore photography and create images which reflects varied cultural, political and social values. A photographer will make a difference as he learned more of the techniques of the more-experienced and knowledgeable photographers.

Photography Workshop with Michael Hanson

Make that passion more elusive. Turn that hobby into a profession. Create images, which are unrestricted and unconfined. Liberate your photography.
