A simple tripod can get rid of blur from your pictures. Using a quality tripod will help you achieve better, more professional results with your photos.

Night photography presents a unique set of challenges. When shooting your photographs in low light situations, you will need to pay particular attention to maximizing whatever existing light is available or acquiring alternate sources of lighting. You can achieve good lighting at night if you utilize slow shutter speeds, artificial lighting, and a few other things.

When choosing which of your photos to show others, choose the ones of which you are the most proud. Avoid repetition by only choosing a small, varied selection of your best work. Showing the same type of photo repeatedly gets old fast. Keep what you show other people fresh and exciting by showing many different types of photos.

Your camera has a feature called focus-lock, and you should take the time to learn how to use it.
